Originally launched in 2024, the bracelet began as a single green band. (It also sold out in one day!) Thanks to feedback from daily users, we redesigned it to include both a green and white side, making it easier to check in, reflect, and visibly share how you’re feeling as part of your mental health routine.
Our Mental Health Awareness Bracelet Campaign strives to break down the barriers of stigma surrounding mental health one wrist at a time. Our initiative centers around a simple yet powerful accessory: a bracelet with dual-sided messages – Today feels hard and I count today as a good day.
The goal of this campaign is to help spark conversations about mental health and contribute to a larger movement of acceptance, empathy, understanding, and support for mental health challenges.
